- 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative on complex tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English.
- Experience with coaching, mentoring and growing team members.
- Deep knowledge of testing at all levels, from unit testing to end-to-end
- Strong agile mindset, able to iterate fast and give early feedback.
- Deep knowledge of Python
- Experience developing user-facing software and public APIs.
- Deep knowledge of complex software architecture and design.
- Significant experience with JavaScript frameworks, specifically Vue.js, as well as CSS preprocessing frameworks such as Sass or Less.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, demonstrating strong SQL skills.
